PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE: IDENTIFYING THE VEHICLE

The client identifies the model and budget for the vehicle or better still can come to our offices or send request by e-mail for advice. Once the vehicle has been identified we will go ahead and source the vehicle from reputable firms in Japan or UK.

The cost and full details will be forwarded to the client and once agreed the Proforma invoice will be raised and and at least 50% of the agreed cost insurance & freight (CIF) will be due after singing the Sale Agreement. The Import Declaration Form (IDF) is filled and the Kshs 5,000 is paid to the National bank of Kenyafor the same. Then the form is logged with the pre shipment inspection company ( P.S.I). The remaining CIF cost is usually payable on confirmation of shipment vide a copy of the Bill of Landing.
